A Cooling Water Tank required rehabilitation externally and internally. The external scope on this 60' diameter tank included 100% complete removal of the existing system with an SSPC- SP-6 blast, followed by (2) two coats of expoxy, one as a primer, one as a mid coat at 7-10 DFT, followed by a coat of Urethane finish coat at 3-5 DFT. In addition, the internal floor was blasted to a SSPC-SP-10 White metal blast and coated with (2) two coats of finish at 20 mills each.
