PROJECT DETAILS

This 128' x 48' storage tank in East Chicago required a complete removal of the existing lead paint contaminated coating. Prep included ground cover with heavy poly plastic to protect the surrounding area while using  water as a "wet-blast" to hinder dust from being airborne. Following the surface prep and removal of all lead paint, the tank was coated with (2) two coats of epoxy at 7-10 DFT.
